The property was clean with very amiable and efficient staff. I've booked guest room and everything was good. I had a comfy bed, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators...

The double room was bright and had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. The location was marvellous and charming: a supermarket and convenience stores were within walking distance. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a secure area.

The staff members are really kind. the location is cosy, just a 4-6 minute walk from Porta Santa Maria. There are plenty of food options nearby. Nice city views from the hotel.

You'll enjoy a variety of breakfast options and the convenience of being close to a pleasant convenience store with nice views.

Had modern, bright room that was cleaned with fresh towels etc daily. We found everything good, recommend it to all.

This place is situated right by the river and a fantastic supermarket. I enjoyed a cup of coffee at Gelateria Acquolina, just a short 5-minute walk from here 😊.

Our room was equipped with a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and even a microwave for our convenience 😊 the location was amazing and the staff here were really on the ball and attentive!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just 2 miles away from the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum, making it conveniently located with a charming atmosphere.

the location was perfect, with easy access to Yutenji station and convenient connections to other areas like Shibuya and Meguro. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. I also appreciated the in-room washer/dryer, which made it convenient for longer stays. it was a comfortable and convenient hotel choice.

That the hotel's coffee service started a bit late at 7:00 a.m., which was inconvenient for early travelers. It would be better if they could open it up at 6:00 a.m. it would have been nice if the hotel offered shuttle service to nearby stations, such as Shibuya or Naka-Meguro.
